The Centre regularly supports local charity and fund raising organisations through the provision of mall space where they can actively promote their causes.

The Grove Shopping Centre takes an active role in the local business community and the Grove Centre Manager is Vice Chairman of the Witham Town Centre Strategy Group and retail representative on the Witham Chamber of Commerce.
