Saturday, 1st November the Grove Shopping Centre, Witham, Essex. CM8 2YT for the Witham Royal British Legion 40's Day organised by the Royal British Legion in conjunction with the Grove Shopping Centre.

1940's Dancing displays, music and entertainment. Naafi Kitchen. Period displays, Anderson shelter, bomb site. Vintage fashion displays, vintage and collectors stalls, children's evacuee competition and 40's games, vintage vehicles, civilian & military including tanks! Re-enactors in civilian and uniform and much more. Best re-enactor prizes.

This event took place for the first time last year and was a tremendous success, this year we hope to make it even bigger and raise even more money for the Poppy Appeal, so please come and join us in uniform or your 40's civvies.
